Because of a certain generosity of a member here I was wondering if a Pay it forward post would work?
What say you Moparts?

For race car parts so hopefully it's stays here.

I remember helping a member here with an article out of a mag I had.
photo copied it and sent it to him.
Wasn't much but I'm sure it help him out.
Not talking about big ticket items. Just the stuff you have forgotten about or were about to throw it out.

The whole idea is to help someone out. You got to be willing to do this. Lol

Your indy heads are they oval or rectangular?

Loaned a tool to a guy on this web sight a year or 2 back. Never heard from him again. Interesting how we form opinions of people based solely on their posts. You could, and I have, been 100% wrong. Not saying this is a bad idea, but - - - - - when it comes to web sights, user beware. TV station out here in Phoenix that loves the "Pay it Forward" thing. Seems they gotta do a feel good story once every couple of weeks, so they create one. Same stations motto is "Telling it like it is". It should be "If BS was music, we could be the Philharmonic Symphony".

I've given several new parts and $$ to members

Couple times, not even a thank you in return.

This makes me laugh because with being a part of the older generation we never needed fancy names for doing what we have done for years. Sooooo pathetic.

And my Dads generation thought your generation was pathetic. On and on it goes one before the other.

I once borrowed a pinion snubbed to a member to try at a drag race. Never saw him or the pinion snubber again.

Too much negativity already building on this topic.
People will give from their heart, not because someone puts a thought in their head.

Its not really negativity its just a fact that most of our members go above and beyond helping out other members without posting about it on Moparts. If your not now may be the time to step up to the plate. Stealing a line from Bob George, racers helping racers.
