Reading this ad "73-76 a body spindles from a dart. large ball joint disc brake spindles ..." and I'm wondering about the "large ball joint" statement.
Can you tell the difference by just looking at them? Which ball joint would a '69 b-body have used, large or small?
The large ball joint spindles are for disc brake. They will fit A,B, and E body. The corresponding large upper ball joint disc only upper control arm is required if being used on an A-body. B and E body upper arms are all large ball joint regardless of brake type. Doug

All '73 and newer A-bodies (disc and drum) used the "large" B and E body upper and lower ball joint.
That's true except if you ever run across a few odd ball, stripped down, 73 A body, 6 cylinder, 9 inch, DRUM Brake cars, that were produced that way.
They then were Small ball joint.
But those type of cars are few, and far between, in this day and age.
