Trying to put some wheel studs in the grandson's car. The studs that came out had a .625 nurle on them the new studs are .635 and the nurle looks like les splines. what do you think will thay press in or not ???

I just put some Moroso studs in my rotors and the were slightly o/s. I did have to turn down the bases on the studs. They pressed in fine.

were thay .010 over? I would think .003 .005 but .010 seams like a lot that is why I am asking.

.010 is way to much, if you cant find smaller ones
try hitting them with a file or cafefully on a grinder

I dont think the Moroso studs were .010 over. moer like .003 or .004. They didn't go in easy. My 20 ton china press was working pretty hard.
