The front..... how faw foward does it go? I really like to have the foot pad as close to where its should go. Any one have a nice pic showing the pad In Relation to the gas pedal?
Will any of the carpet up on the firewall area need trimed like on the sides?

I don't have a picture, but I bought one last year, pedal ended up placed well, on the front corner of the plastic piece. I had to trim the front a bit to fit smooth under the heater box. Lay it in place and pull it as far forward as the transmission hump will let you.

Just finished this a couple of weeks ago. This is ACC loop carpet with padding in a 1970 Barracuda.

I am NOT an expert at laying down auto carpet and I did not look at many photos to see how high it is supposed to go but this is where the carpet naturally wanted to go based on the shape ACC put into it.

I trimmed a little along the top so the carpet ended at the firewall insulation. Since I used Dynomat, I let the carpet stay a little long in order to hide the shiny aluminum backing.

I can take as many photos as you like so please let me know if you want to see a different area.

Does the gas pedal unbolt and bolted back down onto the carpet? Cut to fit around it. I got it as far up as it will go before interference. But my pad needs to go 4-5 more inches to be under the gas pedal

You can see that there is a seam in the heel pad that runs side to side. That seam goes where the floor pan transitions from a flat surface to the angled surface.

Also, there was just a slit cut in the carpet for the high beam switch. There was no grommet around it to finish off the hole.

I like how the pad is turned wronge on the acc carpet. Based on looking at the orignal pic

I was looking at it yesterday. I have the back layed in the front I got shoved as far foward as I can with out having to trim of the frontend. My pad is no where neer where it needs to be I still like at least 5 inches to even get the front of pad where the floorpan kicks up
Is anyone else carpet (acc) like that?
And it looks like if I moved it as far foward as pad needs to be. That it will just barely cover the rear carpet

I think the rear Cuda floor pans are shorter. If they accidentally sent you Cuda carpet I think it would be too short.

The rear looks like it comes pleanty foward (there is only 2 inches from cuda to challenger) but I looks to me like the pad is way the heck off
