Fast awesome service!

Bought vinyl top trim for my Cuda project from them, and they sent it fast, and there was no dinking around. They knew exactly what I needed, and I just want to say

Thanks Guys!!!

I am happy with him ..

I called him and ordered the new correct "070" clutch.
he had it shipped same day and it got to my place pretty quickly.

It was better than the pictures showed.

I think his customer service is super.

Excellent vendor in my book...

my :two cents:

bill

Got me a NEW Project
1970 GTX 440+6, 4 spd, 4.10 Dana and N96 FE5 (top/bottom) and black bucket interior.
Original transmission and Dana - Engine is a service replacement block.

Body has all stamped #s + VIN/TRIM tag and door sticker. Been hunting like all hell to find the Build Sheet.

garage find, only had 41,850 miles on ODO.

I have no problem with somebody that makes mistakes, and is not perfect, but when a person purposely tries to pass something off that it is not to increase it's value, I have a problem with that, makes the person a thief!

First off
I know nobody's perfect. Everybody makes mistakes.
Its how you handle a mistake is what separates people.

After I posted this, Tony contacted me.

We discussed the situation that took place almost 5 years ago.
In the end we pretty much agreed to disagree on the description condition and serviceability of the part.
Please note I had purchased from him in the past.

If we would have had the dialogue we recently exchanged 5 years ago when I bought the part, I am sure we could have worked a solution out.

He did offer a partial refund for the part, (which is long gone by now)

Most customers don't get mad, they just go away.
That's what I chose to do.

I will give him credit for contacting me though.

I consider my part in this thread closed.

Thanks
Matt

I've bought a fair amount of nos parts off of Tony past 2-3 years and I have been happy with the transactions. The last part I bought was not right but, I did not give him an opportunity to fix it so; I can not complain. I bought a 69 Road Runner head light bezel and received a 69 Satellite head light bezel; the argent color on one part of the bezel is different. I shot the bezel with some dark argent and threw it on the car. I'm still happy with it and have been incredibly satisfied with all of our other dealings.

I have purchased many parts from Tony's over the past few years and I have NEVER had an issue with quality or parts descriptions.

Tony is my go-to guy regarding my questions and or MOPAR parts needs.

Their customer service is by far one of the best in the business. Parts are shipped promptly and priced fairly!
