Quicksmopars OP enthusiast Q Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 309 Canal Fulton, (Akron) Ohio	Is there a way to adjust how high the brake pedal sits on my 69 Charger. On my car, the brake pedal is the same level as the gas pedal, which is well below the clutch pedal. Hopefully someone knows a fix for this?

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	I think MP has an adjustable longer one but more info on what's going on. an alum MC has a piston recessed further into the MC and a 2/4 bolt adapter plate will also lower the pedal. I've seen several different lengths of manual brake pushrods. dirt pro stock Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 1,349 warfordsburg, PA	I think this is normal and if you wanted to change that you would need to make the rod longer , but then if you pushed the brake pedal hard enough it would bottom out the master cylinder before the pedal was even close to hitting the floor. probably would not hurt it unless you had a super strong leg.
