Here is the photo to explain what I mean. The harnesses are pressed in about as far as they will go and the little "ears" on the connectors seem to do nothing at all.
I think it would be better if these clipped into something in order to keep the connectors locked in. I think it did on my previous wiring harness.

Are these the phillip head screws that the OP needs? These were removed from a 1972 B Body bulkhead.
