Some consider Spal fans as the best available. It should be fine if you have a good radiator, a complete well-sealed shroud and wire it correctly using quality relays, fan controller and thermostat installed near the hot water "outlet" of your engine (not at the bottom of your radiator). Spal has a nice variable thermostat that helps a lot and also extends the life of your fan.

I agree, spal has the best reputation for aftermarket fans, but I have to say they don't really pull enough air compaired to OEM ones.

For the price, it is a bad deal too imo.

Do a search, there are at least 20 posts on factory fans you can pull out of the yards that work with 22 inch and 26 inch rads for any car.

Any of them will pull more air than the spal, and be a qtr or less of the price.
Some are even half the price new if you need to go that route.

I've got a built 360 with a 26" aluminum radiator. I put a 16" spal puller with no shroud and it cools fine. Engine never gets hot in summer traffic driving in San Antonio. It is loud. Turns a few heads when it kicks on while sitting in traffic.
