Good afternoon folks. My E-Body sits a little high on the passenger side in the back. Do I adjust that out by adjusting the height on the front or are there any adjustments I can do directly to the back?

Its a little less than an inch difference between the two so its not really a huge deal or anything.

Thanks all

-Steve

First thing I'd do is put a piece of flat stock across the rear tires & see if their heights are the same & continue measureing to see where the difference is coming from (spring arch etc). where specifically the height difference that you are measuring? No opinion if the less than 1 inch difference is acceptable or not. You wouldn't wanna change the tbar heights as that would possibly mess up your front alignment settings

Yes, you can equalize the way the back sets by adjusting the opposing (driver's side) t-bar up. Keep track of how far you move it as anything greater than a 1" adjustment up front and you will want the alignment re-done.

Excellent advise guys.

Today, I will measure the tire height for a baseline and then make some minor adjustments up front to see if I can even things out. I have adjusted the front before to correct the rear but I wanted to make sure I was not missing an easy rear adjustment.

Many thanks.

Check all 4 corners to see it the front is low on the opposite side. If the front is even with each other then T-bar adjustment might not be in order.

Do you by chance have super stock springs?

In Nascar terms, his car has wedge in it. Turn up the opposing front bar adjuster a bit levels the wedge, which will flatten the car out.

It is not uncommon with some XHD and especially SS springs.

Thanks again. No on the SS springs. As soon as I can get the garage to warm up I am going to take a tape out there and take a closer look at the tire height the front height.

The hi po cars had a stiffer rr spring and sit slightly higher on that side.

I want my fair share
