I beginning to buy parts for my 340 motor rebuild. I've got a 73 Duster 340. I want to replace the oil pan since I noticed it was pretty rusty, so I figure is a good time to replace it during the rebuild. The car is in storage presently, so I can't get a look at the oil pan. But I've noticed there are rear sump and front pump styles availible.Does someone know which one I need to order for my car? Want to make sure I have the correct one before I get started.
thanks,

The correct pan would be a center sump. Readily available, and pretty cheap.

yes

Clean it, if it's Dirty. Oil it, if it Squeaks. But: Don't fix it, if it Works!
