What color is they key, black grey or plain metal?
The grey one has security and you can not just stick any computer in it, those will need programed by the dealer, most dealer techs do not know how to do this with a used computer.
If it is black or plain metal you can get a computer from any other same/similar year intrepid and stick it in if it does not have the grey key. A 2.7 3.5 and 3.2 computer is interchangable, fuel trim ends up slightly off but not enough to worry about.
I have pulled a lot of 2.7s out and swapped to 3.2-3.5s and left the factory computer in and they run just fine with no codes even though the engine is way different
300m LHS Conchorde of the same vintage will work following the same rules
