Good morning everyone.

Does anyone know where I can get these two bushings that are used on the E-Body brake linkage?

I assume they are plastic but I don't know for sure. I am re-assembling my interior and I noticed a little play and looked in the service manual and found that bushings were originally used.

First question is whether they are plastic or metal.
Second Question is where can I find them or how can I make them.

Steve,

They're plastic split bushings, any well stocked hardware store will have them as "axle bushings/bearings" for lawn mowers, kids toys, etc...plus check out the Dorman/Motor-Mite/Help selection at your local AutoZone/NAPA/CARQUEST/Advanced Auto/etc

Thanks for the response. These are smaller bolts ( 1/4" or 5/15" I think ) so I will take a bolt in to O'Reilys and see if they have something that will fit.

I wasn't sure if these were plastic so knowing they are helps me out quite a bit.

I believe Brewer's Perf has a rebuild kit including the new bushings as well.
