leaf spring- caltrac- guys. what is the best setup ?-sliders- floaters or both ? and do the sliders go on front or rear of the leaf springs or on both ends ?

Everyone has there preference. The most important is to make sure nothing binds in the suspension. I just use the factory shackles. If you go with sliders they go on the rear.

I still use shackles on the rear...been 1.32 sixty foots footbraking at 3850 lbs. on radials.
The sliders are supposed to be a little better, but I've seen where some have said they made no difference.
