There are two types of bushing there, the early style which it sounds like you have, with a "oval" bushing and a two part, clam shell type bracket/mount for around the bar. For my '85 I got a bar from a later, I think late 80s/early 90s 3/4 ton truck which used the same style bushing at the strut as the bar to frame bushing but different size center hole. I did some swapping around (got better bushing straps from a Grand Cherokee) and checking sizes (strut is different than bar) and found off the shelf Moog poly bushings that worked in both places, bought on ebay and way cheaper than those fancy red ones. If you can stand blue. Or black. So it depends on the year the bar came from, the link style. I THINK the bars are either the same or at least will interchange. And, as near as I can tell all the bars are the same diameter, half, 3/4, and even 1 ton. It seems to be hit or miss which got a bar, Ramchargers seem to more commonly have one. (2 wd) Some diesel trucks have one, some do not.

Thanks guys. I may have to back and post a pic. Neither Moog or Energy Suspension have this bushing as far as I can tell. The bushing inside the clamp on the strut rod is as round as round can be - nothing like the bar to frame.
That is what I said. The one you have is the earlier, '72 maybe up til somewhere later ... I don't know when they were changed. In the '80s maybe?
The later ones use a bushing and clamp that will accept a bushing that has external dimensions same as the bar to frame bushing, but has a slightly smaller hole in the middle, for the strut bar.
Moog K3170 is what I have here for strut, and Moog numbers I THINK for the bar to frame (actually bracket) is K3168, or something, they vary in MMs and part #s varies by two digits. These are blue.
I also have some AC Delco here that I got from local parts house, memory tells me they are for the bar to frame (bracket) #46G0547A, GM #88877004, from the box label, but I just gave the parts guy the Moog #. These are black.
I might next time go one MM smaller on the strut bushing, but it works, and I am happy.
Again, the strut to sway bar link and bushing changed, sometime in that period, older style is I think N/A, and I believe the bar is the same all years, but I have not verified that ...
Got mine on ebay, Moog and AC delco prices online are cheaper than parts house ... these are poly, btw.
I am pretty sure these are GM spec parts originally, if that bothers you.
Since I also have a couple Jeeps I had some sway bar clamps (bar to bracket) from a late '90s Grand Cherokee, they have an improved "capture" the bushing style, just need to enlarge the bolt hole slightly, channels go over the ribs on the bushing, probably overkill, but I had them because the flat strap type on the aftermarket bar allowed the bushing to walk out...

Thanks for the details, VL21. The bottom line answer appears to be, you can't get the earlier style and must scrounge or use something from a later model truck or Jeep.

poor pics, but hope this helps ... this is the later Dodge part with the poly moog bushing, IIRC around $10-12 a pair, shipped, ebay. #s range in size, like K3170, 3171, etc different inside diameter, same outside
