I would put it in gear without engine running, then get under the car and check the reverse lever, and make sure it is moving all the way into reverse. You may have to disconnect the lever from the shift rod to see if it will move farther.You could have a shifter problem also. It would be nice if you had a helper operate the shifter while you check the movement. If you see it's an adjustment problem, it will be obvious what to do. ------------------------ It doesn't matter what you do.........As long as you look good doing it !
