Hey guys. Does anyone have a photo or a link to a photo that shows how the road lamp switch is mounted at the bottom of the dash?

My dash is out and I am working to get everything installed but I don't have any holes on the bottom of the frame that look right for this plate and switch.

Thanks for everything you guys.

-Steve

Thank you very much. This is helpful. I do see a hole in the frame around that spot.

Rally or non-rally dash? They mount in different places.

Rallye dash now. I am converting from a non-Rallye.

Here's an older thread with a better view...Note the different location between rallye/standard dash as Mike has pointed out... LINK

Heard a story once that the fog light switch was moved higher up on the dash because of complaints that the low mount was getting hit with the foot going for the E-brake or knee. Some complaints came from the Press.

Any truth to this?

There is a hole in the dash frame in that specific spot actually so I think that is the right placement for a '70 Rallye. Most of the photos I have seen show the switch down below the dash in that general area.

Thanks for the link with the photos. That is extremely helpful.
