Looking to find pics of the area inside the trunk on the back side of the 1/4's on 69 b bodies as far as the undercoating goes. My customer has this car and another 69 that he restored a few years ago. He documented on his other 69 that the undercoating was painted over with the F6 color as it was never touched and original. He is going to bring me some pics of his but thought I would see if anyone else has any other documentation or pics showing others.

They're only painted where the eye can see ... the underside of the tops of the fenders got nothing more than overspray.

from what I have seen agree but MAN is it hard as a painter to not paint something and leave it crappy looking.

Here is a thread I did on my Dad's 69 GTX vert that was untouched in the trunk compartment with original sheet metal and original paint. You can see the dip tank lines and how far up the paint went. I'd post the pics but there are way too many to copy and paste again.
