It must have extensive damage. Around here, the damage has to top 75% of the book value to "total" it out. Otherwise it would be repaired. It looks like the right frame rail took a hard hit. I am sure that there are a lot of expensive parts that are not going to be available from the "recycle lots", being that it is a new, and low production vehicle. This drives up the estimate to repair $. It will be interesting to see what it brings. Mark

my guess is now the idiot not only wont be able to get insurance any any price anywhere,he will probably sue mopar for not telling him he couldnt drive it like a moron and not get hurt, and win a few mil in court.like the old couple with the winnebago who put it on cruise control and got up to make a cup of coffee ON THE FREEWAY and crashed and burned, then sued winnebago for not telling them they could not do that and actually WON the lawsuit.now all owners manuals say DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVER SEAT WHILE THE VEHICLE IS MOVING.
SFI 25.5 depends,no leak,even at 213 mph....

Cheapest way to fix it is to buy one that was wrecked somewhere other than in the snout. I got friends that do this all the time, and they even have a doner car in stock. Wrecks like that are really cheap to fix, especially when there is a good frame shop right here in town.
July 19th should be "Drive Like Rockford Day". R.I.P. Jimmie.

Yea, so buy this one, wait to find one hit hard in the rear and pay even more for it, and put the two together.
Better off just buying a new car if ownership of a Hellcat is the goal.

My guess is that it gets bought and exported.
probably so, it would be a hard sell even if you repaired it with a rebuilt title. probably not a good investment.

Insurance adjuster in the general forum mentioned based on past experiences with late model cars there's a chance mounting points on the engine broke from that hit.
Chasing bears through the woods drunk with a dull hatchet is strongly not advised
