Anyone run across this? There is a tri-corner pad covering the steering wheel with three buttons. If you peel the vinyl off the buttons there is black melted goo that has solidified around the leaf switches rendering them inoperable.

There is some NOS replacements for sale on Ebay but looking as some of the pictures they look like the foam has disintegrated from time.
