you would need a 4bbl throttle bracket(or cut/modify yours), not sure if you need different kickdown linkage(s).

That I'm not sure on Joe as I haven't gotten that far yet on mine yet but I believe a prior poster stated that that some of the kd pieces are different.

Hmm, I'm in the same boat. I also went to a 4bbl from the stock 2bbl, and jerry-rigged the kickdown linkage. It works, but not very pretty, and doesn't have quite enough adjustment. In my case the throttle cable was plenty long enough. Does anybody know if this kit from Mancini will work on a 318? It sounds like it will work with the stock KD linkage, which is nice. http://chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/thbrwikdprfo1.html-Dave

Back in the day when there was a lot of these swaps going on Holley made an extension piece for the linkeage, it was a female/male rod that screwed on to the existing rod and allowed another 1 inch or so of adjustment. You can also cut and lengthen your existing rod, it is case hardened so you may need a cut off wheel to cut it. Also as you have found the cable is too short. Mopar still sells them.
