Anyone running these?

www.portermufflers.com

My Dad just bought a set for his 69' Cyclone but I have yet to hear them. He says they are very well built and heavy walled.

I'd be interested to know what core diameter & design they are built with. There's nothing on their website that details that info. They look like good quality. No, I've never heard of them before either.

I put a pair on my 59 Dodge truck. It has a 68 383 w/headers. The Porter 2-1/2" in & out are mellow when cruising and have a nice glasspack type roar when accelerating or at full throttle. I like them so far, but would prefer more tone at idle and cruise. Should maintain tone forever since they are packed with stainless steel rather than fiberglass.
