RB Engine ID help needed #1716930

We are trying to ID the engine block in my buddy's 1969 Charger.

The numbers on the pad adjacent to the distributor hold down are as follows:

Line 1 - 5T 10 E

Line 2 - 5 28

Any help would be appreciated.

5T IS 1975 440,E is cast crank,5 28 is may 28 assy date.

5 is 1975
T is Trenton Assembly plant

10 ????

E is cast crank

5 28 is May 28 1975 assembly date

The 10 is probably a soft-stamped 440
