Just curious if anybody has done this. If I could find a newer challenger roller I have a engine I started building about 3 years ago and now I am looking for a car to put it in since I am not putting it in my truck. What kind of issues can I expect? Does the Magnum motor have a different transmission bolt pattern than what is on the Gen 3 Hemi? I plan on running a standalone engine management system because I think that is my only option. I was planning on going carb'd but now I might end up going with the F&B six pack EFI setup. I am really torn on what car to put this motor in. I love the new Challengers but I like old Mopars also. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Same trans bolt pattern. Some early drag pak cars were available with a 5.9 magnum. Should be fairly straight forward

Betting if that car was a Daytona it would spike alot more interest.... pretty slim to none market for a P I'm betting. I feel your pain for what I sold a 9 sec turn key Mirada for

I've tossed it around, it would have to be a SRA to do any sort of drag racing. But those cars are piggys, so it'd have to make a bunch of power to be cool.

You would be shocked on how much weight you can get out of them........I am hoping yo be around 3150-3200 lb with my small tire 2010 Challenger.
