They were sure that it was aftermarket. 1957 Dodge truck, Snakeskin Green with a little stroker motor. 1964 Plymouth Savoy wagon ( my new project)

A guy at the Hardees drive up window told me the only thing my car was missing was the rebel flag on the roof. I do my own so I politely told the youngster I would take care of it. He was really impressed with the 70 Challenger and asked a few questions. The most important one was what was under the hood. I told him a big block Dodge around 500 cubic inches. He exclaimed that it must be really fast. I told him it runs the 1/4 mile in the 10.7 range. I am sick of going to the local Monday cruise in and hearing the (BOW TIE) guy tell me I am full of ****. that he ordered a 68 GTX and it came with a pistol grip shifter. Is there ANY THING I can down load or can anyone post and I can copy to prove 1970 was the 1st year for the pistol grip?

I work 10 to 12 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week. The cruise is my only night out and I look forward to it I refuse to let this ***hole hound me all night to pay the bet. Someone has to have anything that I can prove that the pistol grip first came out in the 1970 cars not 68. Please help me.
