I want to install disc brakes on the front of my 75 Duster. What all parts do I need and from what cars..Can you use disc from a Volare or an Aspen?

Yes on the Aspen/Volare...F bodies.
Also spindles out from any M, J or late B (73 up). Get the distribution block/prop valve as well.

Will you be getting rid of the small bolt pattern 7-1/4 the car came with?

Yes got rid of the 7 1/4 and put in a 8 1/4 from a 73 Duster

rebuilt calipers are cheap/troublefree. the 73-75 A calipers are 2.60 bore and the '76 A calipers are 2.75 & are identical & are the ones to ask for. The FMJ calipers are all 2.75" & I believe have different hose mounting points & not sure if that is a problem with an A body app or not. No opinion on the FMJ vs A disc spindle old controversy but for calipers ask for the 76 dart ones & you're good (more front bias, always a good thing)

The big bearing rotors will slide right on your existing drum knuckles but stock calipers won't bolt on. I used to sell a kit that would add Viper calipers to those late model A-body knuckles. Check with DoctorDiff to see what he has for you these days.
