Anyone running these on 7 or 8" rims? Just curious how wide they are. Are they approximately the same as 275/60's or wider? Trying to decide what direction I'm going with my 66 Coronet. Planning on using a 5" backspace.

275-60-15 Goodyear radials on 15 x 9 inch magnums that I use on the same car for long driving trips.
I would say they work out to close to the same size as the L-60-15 Goodyears.
No problem fitting up under the quarters with either tire/rim combo with stock Dana rear.

Thanks for the pics, I sure like the way they look.

L60 can very in size as well, from manufacturer to manufacturer. I have a set of Mickeys that are considerably wider (tread) than my Cobra 275s and I have a set of Remingtons that are pretty close to the 275s. Best to check the stats of the tire you are interested in. Both L60s are on 10 inch rims while the 275s are on 7s, would be better on 8s. The rim size will cheange the cross section but not the actual tread wideth.

Go to the Coker tire web site and check out the specs on the 275-60 bias tire verses the radial tire. Wayne
