I've thought that exact same thing!
Thank you for bringing it up, I'll be watching closely!

they sell a wiring harness kit to make the 05-09 mustangs strobe.
you have to wire it in.
maybe you could adapt one into a demon.

perception is 90% of reality

There's a way to do as the technology was there in the 60's on the T-birds. They would have used the early bulb systems as well.

...FAFO...

That kit from speedway will only work if there is 3 bulbs, the demon has 1 bulb for the tail lights, and 1 bulb for back up

digitalis aren't taking on any new custom jobs, but he did say that if they get enough requests they will submit them to the production engineering team.

Also said they will call me back if theres a kit already in existence that may be modified to make work.

Digitails as a whole are AWESOME!!

Just called me back,

They have plans for them already, and they will be emailing me this spring when they come out.

I cant believe they called me back, almost unheard of.

Thats awesome to hear. Maybe I'll call and bug them this week, just so they know there's a market for them.

Yeah, the old T-birds had a mechanical set-up using a spinning "cam" with the contacts{I think the old shelbys were the same}...The unit is in the trunk and wrapped up tight from the factory to keep moisture out of them..They're tough to find now... Old age usually does them in and those too have an electronic conversion kit available now...They just re-wrap the heck out of the new unit to make it look factory...But there's certainly a bunch of choices to make the sequential tail lights work....

JC Whitney used to sell an aftermarket kit to do sequential turn signals (like the Cougars) back in the day. I'd contact them to
A) See if they still carry them
B) If not, might they still have some in old inventory someplace?

JCW get's lots of bad rap, undeservedly so, in my opinion. Their customer service and special item people are top notch!

I was thinking of something like that for my Duster. Have the upper and lower tail lights go intermittently.
Theirs a lot of Dusters out there. ($)
