bordin34 super stock B Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 842 Urbana, MD	I have the housing from my old 400 on my 440. I think they are identical and the different inlet/outlet is for different body styles.

NachoRT74 master Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 6,095 Valencia, España	the outlet change was year related not engine related... post 72 440s got same water pump housing than 400. so go ahead, you can use either on any year, and simply match the radiator and steering pump brackets. The only problem could be usen earlier block into a late body keeping late setup, since the earlier block doesn't have the provision for the steering pump bracket bolt. With a Charger born in Chrysler assembly plant in Valencia, Venezuela
