I dont have/use a motor plate ... ?? would this not work for my application then ?

OK heres the finished k frame. it weighed in at 21 lbs. finished not bad for start out in the 40 lb. range i sectioned it togther with 1 5/8 moly and struted it with 1" moly it still retains the same shape far as the drop in the k frame but has 2 more inches of clearance on the sides. here you go Greg
