There is a guy on ebay that sells lots of restored columns. I bet he could do yours.

You can also do a search for threads on the topic on Moparts. There have been a number of guys who did their own. It's not super complicated.
Maybe someone who has recently done one will chime in with a photo-montage.

Is your column black?
if it is a color, then they will need the color you are painting the other metal parts (lower dash) with.

I did my own and had never done a column resto before. Not that difficult to do. I used Rustoleum texture paint and was very happy with the end result.

The blue column the entire shaft was plated yellow zinc,,which is wrong.
The black one just the lever and down is plated and the rest of the tube was left bare steel and treated with RPM

When I did the 1st one I didnt think to ask if just the lower lever could be plated. (now I know )
Basically your asking the plater to do the process by hand
