Thanks! But it's too big.
Maybe I'm looking at this wrong. My crank pulley is 6ins. & the water pump pulley is 6.6/7ins. What were the stock Hemi pulleys? Anyone have an idea for pulleys on an 830hp hemi? The guys from Griffin tell me the radiator/fan shroud combo should cool it & that the problem is the coolant is possibly going through the engine too fast---or perhaps too slow. They said usually the crank pulley is larger than the pump one, so I'm wondering if It's all just backwards.

A lot depends on whether you're using a 6-vane pump or an 8-vane pump. From the factory the 6-vane was driven at 140% of crank speed, the 8-vane was underdriven at about 90% of crank speed.

Thanks! Now I'm getting somewhere. Is the Milodon "HD" pump 6 or 8 vane?

What has worked well for me (496 B) is an older MP high volume pump slightly overdriven (6.25" crank pulley, ~5.75 WP pulley). Cools great including AC. Bouchillon has a good selection of pulleys. That's where I got mine. The MP pump is no longer sold. The Milodon may be OK with correct drive and Mancini sells their own brand high volume pump as well.

I'd start with the pulley.
