RP's R/T's OP super stock Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 777 SE Wisconsin, USA	OK, the post on the F8-Ivy Green got me wondering about F4. I am working on an F4 car. I had seen a car at Mopars-in-the-park that was nicely tweaked. I believe they added some more gold metallic in it. Just by using a base/clear it will be better than stock, but any other suggestions? Anyone have an F4 that really looks nice and has aged well?

Where F4 is light green with a gold tint, Y4 is gold with a green tint. With all of these colors it all depends on the light or lack of light that causes the colors to appear different. I'm not a huge fan of the light greens....as much as I like EF8, I think GG1 is my favorite green. I hate FJ5 but that may have something to do with the 200 hours I spent cleaing sublime off of all my underhood components due to a poor partial color change! Green go is kinda cool on some cars... The gold is one of my favorites, though I wouldn't consider it in the green family. It does look green with green accents/trim but with black it definitely looks gold to me. I like the light green but wanted something easy to duplicate if I ever got a scratch or fender bender.
