I saw it on Overhaulin , 64 Fury 383 , as they were installing the stock intake I noticed that the Valley Pan has a built in heat riser block , where does one buy that type of Valley Pan

ask for a fel-pro high performance pan when parts clerk looks up a stock fel-pro pan for the 383.

I have one on my 440

it will come with 4-thin gaskets with it also. fixed the intake leak I was having with out them on a stock pan.

You need Fel-Pro part number 1214.

Your nicely painted intake manifold will not turn black around the sides of the carb where the paint gets fried like the stock gasket.I have run these gaskets for years

Order one for a 440 truck and you get the same thing.

Only if he has an RB engine. B engines need the narrower pan.

I used one of them on my TT440. The back pressure in the exhaust blew one of the plugs out of the pan. It found it's way into a turbo spinning 100,000+ rpm.

Those ports are still punched on the "blocked" valley pans but they aren't knocked out. I doubt it will pose a problem for those without turbos.

Better yet, go with Edelbrock heads. They don't have those ports.
