My mig welder which is from Harbor Freight ,used to work perfect now the welds are terrible and it sputters out of the tip. The gas is full and is working ,good ground clean surface. I know its not the best welder but what went wrong

Is it pushing wire or just spinning the rollers?
New tip?
Good ground?
Leads under the door in the right orientation for gas?

If everything is clean including tip and nozzle and it is feeding wire your wire speed is to low for your current setting.

Rusty wire. If its not bright shiny copper, its rusty.

Swap the wire. Use compressed air to blow out the liner and the roller wheels. Changing the tip wouldn't hurt. Worst case you'll have to change the liner.

Actually, depending on the size of the roll you could pull off enough to get to a clean layer of wire. Usually at least 1/8" down.
