What are you guys doing to clean up the fiberglass box when the heater is apart for a rebuild/reseal? I just pulled out nearly a cubic foot of debris/sticks/turds from my cowl vent leading into the box and want to get it nice and clean before doing the new foam kit I just received.
Soap and water? Castrol SuperClean? Simple Green?
I have a bead blaster and powder coater for the metal stuff.

Well, OK then. We'll start trying from the bottom up. Bucket of water, soapy water, pressure washer, fire from space. The Challenger is NASTY in all the little crevices.

If you have a bad one you can lightly soda blast and then coat with matt clear or semi gloss clear. It brings back the original color and finish.
