Ouch repaired! Turk's Autobody did a fine job on her. The owner, Gary, went for a short ride afterwards... we blew the carbon out. Home and safe for now.

Is this in East Peoria?

Yes, East Peoria. Turks had done good repair work on my near new DD Durango after a Freightliner drifted into my lane... the front lugnuts of that truck did a "jaws" on the RR door and quarter of the Durango. Nice and durable repair involving some metal work. So I took the Challenger there. Not a specialist classic shop... just a good shop. I rounded up the parts and they did the rest.

They are indeed Dunlop's. 235/45/17 front and 265/40/17 rear. Though limited track time, I like the tires a lot. They took me 4,000 miles X country late last summer without drama including heavy storms and a little wet snow in Wyoming. Also an informal run of the SS Classic route from South to North.

I know they are considered smallish... but I wanted at least one finger clearance at extremes of jounce, rebound and full steering lock. With factory "hemi" relieved fenders I have it... not counting the repop aluminum wheel trim which is not relieved and has been "touched" in use. Perhaps some day I will flare all 4 fenders and go bigger on the tires. 18's preferred next time also.
