Looking for help on removing the steering column from my 71' Duster 340. The master cylinder, no power booster, has been removed. I know that it has a collapsible column and care needs to be taken there. Do I just remove the roll pin to separate the steering shaft from the gear box then unbolt it from the firewall?

thanx, Floyd

There's some bolts under the dash that have to come out and wiring disconnected also.

OK, I know there's the two column wiring connectors and the bracket that secures the steering column to the dash.

Thanks for the info, it's appreciated...
