Why not do it yourself? A little matting, some resin, rubber gloves and a small roller and your in business. Never did any glass work myself but managed to switch scoops on my car, been 130+ and it's still there It really is not difficult at all. Ever do paper mache?

As they said fiberglass is pretty easy to work with. Be sure you cut the pieces you will need before you mix the resin. You will nee multiple layers. Use a small roller to smooth out the air bubbles. The most important part is to protect yourself when grinding and sanding. It is not good for you. If your scoop has a finished flange on it and doesn't need to be blended in you could use Vette Bond or panel bond , the stuff they glue Corvette panels together with. It mixes up like Bondo.
