But given the situation, this is how its getting done this time. So how long do you run the hone for in each cylinder? Or do you count strokes? Ive done it a couple different ways, always open to input.

B G Racing master Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 9,910 Eighty Four, PA	The speed determines the angle of the cross hatch,the faster you move it the steeper the angle,hone only till you see the disired pattern and the bore is clean.These hones remove very little material and should only be used to scuff or freshen a cylinder bore that has been bored and honed to true roundness by a Sunnen or similar process.
