I believe these stickers were used about 1969-1970. They have the curved printing pattern on the backing paper like other Plymouth stickers of the 1969-1970 period do. Note the place where the prep person initialed his/her name or initials and date.
I have seen similar stickers for sale on the bay without the spaces to initial in by the prep person. I believe they are from the mid 1970's.
I think the backing paper is a key clue.
Those "Road Ready" stickers are late 1970s vintage, not late 60s or early 70s.

I could easily be wrong.
I have several hundred different Mopar stickers from the 1960's and 1970's.
Without talking about bumper stickers, or larger stickers.
Most of the Dodge smaller stickers I have seen have either "Prentice Products" printed or nothing on the backing paper.
For the most part the smaller Plymouth stickers I have seen have "Mactac", "Fasson" or a curved pattern (Sometimes with a R-135) on the backing paper. By the mid 1970's all the Mopar I have seen have had no printing on the backs, except the "Fasson Fas Cal" DC special parts I attached.
I am very happy to learn more.

Here are the backings.
The DC special parts "Fasson Fas Cal" sticker has a much wider curved printing pattern on the backing than the 1969-1970 stickers I have do.
Also of note is that the "Fasson Fas Cal" stickers I have from 1969-1970; examples would be the "Hustle Stuff", small 1969 silver "Car of the Year", big 1969 door "car of the Year", and "Blooming" appear to be a completely different "Fasson Fas Cal" than this later DC special parts. The earlier "Fasson Fas Cal" stickers I have are all on clear backing.
Also of note is that the "Road Ready" stickers I have are based on a stable (Mix of paper and vinyl?)like the other "Fasson" small stickers, vs. the later "DC special parts" sticker which is all vinyl-and shrinks on the backing paper.
