I had great success fixing warped panels by getting them good and damp with a spray bottle and then laying them out on a flat surface (I think I used a towel on a glass sheet (spare window for storm door) which was on a stout table and used flat paver stones to apply even pressure.
Let them dry, in the sun is best and in a few hours presto! If you can a few days is better to make sure they are all dried out.
Not right? Just hit them again. I think I may have even used some aluminum sheet as shims in a few spots to get the panels to go in the direction I wanted.
I used hot glue to secure the vinyl after working out any wrinkles with a heat gun. Just gently pull the vinyl and then apply the glue on the backside. Your fingers will get warm!
Panels looked like new after I was done, very rewarding.
