I had a set like those on a 70 Dodge pickup.

push on breather & PCV are '66-'67 = big-block c-body, but not sure what engine(s) used the 4 plug wire stand-offs (383 2bbl??)

Aren't they earlier than 1967? I only see 4 bolt holes, not six. Edit, take it back, blew the pic up and now see the corner holes.

Yep. They were on my 67 D100.
Seen them on many a 71-older BB truck

4 bolt covers were used up untill around late 63 i thought. but if you look real close, you can see those are 6 bolt covers. the missing hole[s] is in the shadow of the cover on the upper rt side flange with the pvc valve.
