A friend of mine is goin to restore a C-body with rusted out bottom - can he use parts from a sedan, or are 'verts much different? (stronger)
If they are, what parts differ?

a lot of parts are the same. Fire wall forward, trunk, parts of the rear qtrs, floors etc..
The torque boxes are really the big difference underside. The sedan will be missing them.

Inside trim and rear seats will be different.
There is also a cross bar behind the rear seat that is vert only.

Here's a pretty good source for C-Body info:

My wife has a '69 Newport vert we're working on.
