It looks like a 130 tooth 10.5" flywheel.

Did you try counting the teeth ?

What is the distance just inside 2 holes across from each other ?

A 130-tooth should measure about 13.20". Might not be Mopar.

Here is the backside.. it is 10.5 and is 130 tooth. Next question is is it internally balanced or external and what applications will work on.
