Are you also putting in a B-body rear end, or just relocating your spring perches? I used his 1" inset hanger kit on my 1970 'Cuda E-body, so I could use the narrower B-body rear axle. Everything bolted in with no problems. It was close, but because of his rear shackle design, it doesn't appear there are any clearance problems with the rear valence. I have yet to test fit the exhaust tips. All of his stuff is well-thought out and of excellent quality, especially his customer service.
1970 Plymouth 'Cuda #'s 440-6(block in storage)currently 493" 6 pack, Shaker, 5 speed Passon, 4.10's 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible 408 Magnum EFI with 4 speed automatic overdrive, 3800 stall lock-up converter and 4.30's (closest thing to an automatic 5 speed going)

Because E-body springs are not originally parallel, both kits share the same 1" offset front hanger. The 1.5" kit uses greater offset rear shackles.
The front hanger clears the frame rail, but the 1.5" offset rear shackles may interfere with Barracuda rear valence and factory exhaust tips.
Challengers have more shackle to valence clearance, so this is less of a concern.
Crud! I never realized that! I just installed your 1" kit. I didn't know I could've gotten another half inch with just different shackles...I should have read the website better.
I thought you had to do frame cutting and welding to go any wider then that.
I guess I could still do that, I haven't welded the new perches in yet, but I'd have to re-bend my swaybar again.
I agree though that the parts are great, and went in easy.....except the locknuts, the first one I tightened ripped all the threads right out of it. So be careful not to overtighten them.
