Me and my buddy just got two of the Street Demon 625's, you'll probably get the 750, but both of ours bolted on and all linkage bolt right on. I had to use a carb spacer because of my spreadbore intake.
Still looking for LM29H1B415501, '71 Demon 340

I bought a 750 for my 340. The stock throttle stud would not work since it comes in from the back side of the arm on the carb without taking the carb apart. I had to order the street demon mopar stud at $25. You would think that the stud threads would screw right in to the throttle lever but I had to use a nut. The carb works great. The best I ever have had and that includes TQ's, eddy' and holleys. The air filter I have worked, it is the black mopar flat top die cast air cleaner.

The "Speed Demon" is basically an update of the Holley design. That's what I have and I like it. They have been around for a while.
The "Street Demon" is basically a rework of the Thermoquad design. They are newer and I have no firsthand experience with those. Sorry...
