BG400 pump,BG two port regulator, #10AN Teflon inlet line to pump , 100 micron fuel filter before pump, 10 Micron fuel filter between punp and regulator with #8 AN Teflon lines to reg, #6 AN teflon lines to the E85 carb. Works good, last a long time so far Not cheap though IHTHs My aluminum(black )fuel cell is mounted in the front of the car, the pump is mounted directly behind the cell and the fuel lines are all very short No problems in almost two years of use with this system I do use a 25 amp relay to activate the fuel pump off of its switch This motor(505 C.I. 400 stroker) made 676 HP and 686 Ft lbs on a DTS dyno in Klamath (4300 ft above sea level),OR on E85. 9.12 ET at 146.76 MPH weighing 2750 lbs in my Cuda

The biggest pump you can afford. You can't have too much fuel, too much horsepower or too much traction

we ran the Holley Volumax 250gph pumps on both of our cars and the volumax regulator. Think we installed them both in the mid 90's. Both still going strong. Holley blue pump.... I've lost how many people have been roaming the pits looking for parts and spares to borrow.

I have a large box full of blue pump parts! I think it was pump # four that finally sent me elsewhere!

One of the best things you can do is contact Magnafuel. Tell them all your particulars, and they will put together a system for you. Not cheap, but it will be right - the first time.

Best combo I have found so far is, Aeromotive A1000 and AN10 from pump to retrun lines. AN12 feeding it. Fuel is cooler, pump runs quiet, uses barely 8 amps, and very little fuel pressure fluctuation.

Now I recently buoght a Magnafuel 275 for my Duster, and I do not like it. Its very loud even mounted on eurathane, the pressure fluctuates a lot, and it hits the regulator so hard on start-up, its ringing in the car. Very dissapointed. I was told they are the best, I doubt I will ever buy another.

I'm running a Indy 360-1 headed 408 ci
10.8 cr 950carb proform main body
car weights about 3100 with me in it
LAdder bar suspension
Dana 60 4.56 gear

I have 29 in tires, I figure it handicaps my et because time is only 6.40. I should run lower than that.
I'll be trying 30 in tires tonight just to see...

Dan

Dap, What is your fuel pressure set at with the motor idling?
I just installed the same fuel system you have and mine is trying to quit at the mph lights and I am only running 1/8 mile.
