I need to know if there is a simple rectangular style type mount in local parts stores

I seen one of Imperial svcs but, its 120 bucks ?

don't want to use a spool style

making rear trans mount now so I can mate anything up if I find the right rubber style one

Try an 80's Chevy Camaro mount.
I've got one on my Dart with a A518 transmission.

Look up one for a 68 Dart. Don't know if that will work for you or not. It's just a rubber block with a single stud sticking out the bottom.

dad, a basic chevrolet mount[powerglide, th350,etc] can be used and are cheap[around 10 bux or less], but the holes that mount to the transmission need to be[in most cases] slotted inward by approximately 1/8-1/4" to fit the transmission bolt pattern. a simple file job will suffice. these mounts are a lot shorter than the correct chrysler application. i have heard about a truck flat mount, but i don't know what year or application[truck model] it is for, nor the height measurement. i used this mount when i fabbed the crossmember for my humpback and it worked out great. hope this helps.i forgot to add you need to use allen head cap screws with the slot modification as there is not enough room to use the standard hex head bolt.

The pre-'66 mount pad has a wider bolt hole spacing, a '70's truck mount is a simple rubber cushion between two steel plates.
