Looking for a couple part numbers for a 1978 B200 Van... First is the outside sliding door handle, second is the decal on the sliding door or window, that says how the handle works.... and third is the plastic woodgrain dash trim for a van without AC (no vent on pass side.) any help would be appreciated...
