Now thats diffferent !
I have seen plenty of valve covers, but never a timing cover.
How does the coating hold up under high heat, or at least engine heat?

He has done a bunch of engine parts over the years and I see them from time to time on the cars at shows and track events. They all seem like they hold up really well, guess I'm gonna find out first hand Also it seems durable, I asked him about the durability, he showed me his phone case that he dipped two years ago, it didn't have any chips or scratches on it so it is pretty durable stuff.

I did my Big block timing cover last year in a carbon fiber pattern. I bought a DIY kit and this was the first part dipped. It's a really neat and freaky process. J.Rob

I know this is a little off subject but where did you get that cover from?
Its all good, I bought it a while back from Greg at MagnumHP, he doesn't make them anymore unfortunately.
